DOORS menu sampling at The Palace with Tom Douglas

Last Friday, we had the pleasure of tasting what Tom Douglas has in store for DOORS 2010. Tom and Alexis Berry served up some amazing food for the DOORS team, including bacon and crab biscuits, short ribs, roasted cauliflower, and eclairs so good they almost made a couple of us cry. We don't want to give the whole menu away just yet, but suffice it to say, you will be wowed.
